"Went in with my family, was not greeter but immediately told to use the kiosk even though we were paying cash. Our order was large as we ordered two 20 piece chicken nuggets, the employee laughed as she rang in my order. She had no name tag as so I can't call her by name or I would. But the quality of service has really gone down hill at this location."

"Ordered two spicy crispy chicken add bacon a drink and happy meal. The young man that took order had an attitude didn't give us proper change. Didn't give us the happy meal or bacon. Told manger he had an attitude as well. Then they called the cops on us. Never ever going to eat at McDonalds ever ever again. I get night shift sucks I work at Subway, I would never treat customers like this."

"Turned a simple drive-thru visit into a circus of chaos and disrespect! Who needs quality service when you can have a front-row seat to the show of a lifetime? First off, kudos to the employee who couldn't even get my order right and then decided to spice things up with a side of racism. Calling me a 'driver' and barking that only one person should order? Classy move, buddy. But why stop there? Let's throw in some screaming, receipt tossing to face, and a dash of refusal to serve the food I already paid for. Bravo! Giving back food that I paid for as if you are giving it up for free when I've honked And let's not forget the 'manager' – or should I say, the laughter captain? When confronted with their staff's stellar behavior, they didn't miss a beat, chuckling away as if customer satisfaction was just a joke. Oh, and bonus points for the other employee eagerly closing the drive-thru window, because who needs customer service when you can have a good laugh? So, if you're in the mood for a wild ride of aggression, incompetence, and sarcasm, head on over to this McDonald's drive-thru. But for those of us seeking a shred of decency, it might be best to steer clear until they figure out how to serve a side of respect with their fries."

"Usually good but my order was entirely wrong tonight. The box my burger came in has a paper that litterally describes the burger I ordered but the burger inside is entirely different"

"No one was in a uniform or at the register so we ordered from the app. He forgot our drinks and dipped sauces for our nuggies. The whole dining area needed to be cleaned. With the number of people that were working one person could have been cleaning. Our food was semi-warm but we were so hungry we couldn't wait any longer. Mind you we waited 20min. We to the rest room and it smelled so bad and was pretty clean considering. I don't know if it's this location or what because everytime we question why we come. From demanding payment without reading back the order And just rude customer service to poor quality good. I guess that's what you get at McDonald's now."
