"I’ve loved going to this Starbucks ever since moving here because the customer service is always impeccable and everyone is so nice and kind. However as I came in today I was extremely disappointed as we walked in we are a very quiet couple and order simple drinks straight off the menu, we were serviced by “Alexis, the shift supervisor” and she was distasteful and had a bad attitude during our whole time in there. I sincerely hope she doesn’t treat any of her coworkers the way we were treated because they are such a sweet bunch of people. Everyone has there days and customer service is hard but there’s no excuse for this type of service."
