"I came in to mail a document to my father in Thailand, which I often do, and in order to reduce the chances of spelling errors of his complicated address, resulting in mail getting lost, as has happened before, I pre typed and printed a label with the address to tape to my envelope. When I was prompted to step up to the employee's counter (she has red curly hair and her name starts with a B), I asked if she could tape the label on, as they have always done. She said no and that I would have to buy my own tape. I have never had to do this before, so I asked if she could use the roll of tape directly beside her and she said no. I was genuinely confused but purchased the tape and she then told me it would be over $60 to mail with tracking. I mentioned I had never paid this much to send a similar document (same size and weight) before and she began aggressively typing on her screen and magically reduced the cost to $18, which is exactly what I normally pay. She then tosses a customs form for me to fill out and after I filled it out, I started to walk toward the line and she said “Don't forget the envelope", to which I replied, "You sure have me flustered". After that statement, she said "Then don't come back and see me". When she did have me step back up to the counter, she typed in my dad’s address to print the label for the customs form. I noticed she typed my dad's address in wrong and when I mentioned it, she tried to mark over the wrong part in pen, to which I said the last time it was corrected with pen, the mail ended up in New York, so if she could type a new label with the correct address. She was very offput by my request, and again, aggressively types a new label. This next label was also incorrect. She told me they wouldn't even go by that label (the printed one with the barcode) and would go by mine (without a barcode) and I asked to please just type another one, as I want to ensure delivery and I also had a very hard time believing they wouldn't go by an official post office printed label with a barcode. Again, she was obviously very upset which was obvious through her aggressive body language and under the breath sighs and commentary. The third label was finally correct and after I paid, she tossed the receipt at me and didn't say another word. I then told her to use the tape I purchased for other people in the future that need to add tape to their mail, and I left. This was hands down the RUDEST, most impudent, vile-mannered employee I have ever encountered in the customer service industry, and that's saying a lot. I know I'm one person and me refusing to ever return is but a tiny drop in a big bucket, but I am absolutely disgusted by this woman's blatant insolence. It is people like her that can single-handedly drive a business hard into the ground."
"I’m not sure who the woman was, but She had short red hair with curls and glasses, and she was very very rude For absolutely no reason at all! If you hate your job, then quit!!"
"I used to enjoy talking to the staff at this post office and they were always very helpful. My last few visits have left me feeling very frustrated. On several occasions now the same lady has served me and is not helpful at all. In one instance I read directly from the sign above her and asked for an ' international flat rate envelope', she replied that there was no such thing. She eventually directed me to the envelope section and I got an 'international flat rate envelope'. Today I told her I thought I had the wrong postage on a package and wanted to buy a new label to correct the issue. She told me I would have to work that out myself, she couldn't help me!!! What does the post office do if they don't help people mail things???? I left feeling utterly baffled. If I return tomorrow to correct the postage on the same package I will be sure not to step up to her counter. I may even just go to a different post office from now on. It's a shame I have been going to the Bethany post office for over 6 years."
"Once i mentioned my packages are going to family in Ukraine this blonde chick was so rude and unpleasant that i had to just leave the store. Unless all hell breaks loose and i must do business here i will never step foot at this location ever again. What a disgrace..."
"Same issue as most people that have posted reviews. My mail is not being delivered because according to the post office “no one lives at the house”. I was waiting on medication for my pet, he has a heart condition, I was distraught. I called the post office to explain this and received poor customer service they essentially blamed me when they did not even bother to notify me that mail service was halted, no compassion was shown for my beloved pet."
