"I have only been here twice, the first time the service was excellent! The second time we went through the drive-thru to pick up our order only to find that they had forgotten to make the second pizza, had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The pizza was excellent and he apologized for the additional wait time. You can't beat the price so I will be returning and I would recommend to anyone"

"Horrible customer service! This place advertises delivery, then when something goes wrong with DoorDash, it's not their fault - ridiculous business concept! Not only that, the Mgr on duty didn't have much empathy about my #6 missing pizza, even though it meant not all of my students could have a 2nd piece of pizza. I'll never spend another dollar at All-American, and I'll encourage my co-workers not to, either."
"Update: this is the second time in a row in 2 months we have picked up burnt and tough pizza. Wont be back, at least not for a while. A year ago it was good and has gone down greatly in quality. Since June 2022 it has not been the great pizza we used to recommend...why? Original post: Easy in/out, great prices and quality pizza"
