"A good place to lay our heads down. It's in a nice quiet area of town. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable! The registration person seemed put off by our decision to use an online reservation/booking service to get a less expensive rate."

"JUST DONT… Worst experience of my life at a hotel. The desk worker was very rude, and did not seem to know how to book a room. The rooms smelled.and the faucets weren’t working. At check in I asked that I pay cash before she ran my card the next day? I was told I could pay in the morning. At checkout the desk person said she didn’t know how to do that and had already ran my card. I was double charged for the room and they would not reimburse me. Even corporate said the charges are up to the management. Never ever again!! Ruined our vacation!"

"The young man at the front desk was MIA for over 20 minutes upon us arriving to check in. The pool is "under maintenance" (as always). The "free" breakfast was ridiculous and Best Western should be embarrassed. The heater/ac was right under the window so the air was going up behind the curtain , which allowed the light from the 5000 lumen light that was outside the window to shine in the room, leading me to belive it were already daylight. The carpet was filthy, the door to the closet had a broken handle, there was an inch of dust on the microwave and frig. Parking lot was well lit, and surprisingly clean. $300 for 2 nights for a room that was worth about $65 a night. When the pool etc is out of order - then the rates should be lowered."

"The pool died our hair green! The service I received at the hotel was impeccable, the rooms were fine, but my hair is GREEN! Also, I've called twice, and I've been promised the manager will call me back. It's been over 24 hours and I'm still waiting. I've read more reviews now, and I see why this place has issues. Management seems to be a problem. :( We love Best Western, but this is not one we would ever recommend. Update: I finally spoke with the manager. He has no integrity. He said he gave my husband baking soda for my hair. 1) I was traveling without my husband. 2) I never got baking soda. Therefore, someone else had the same issues with their stay I did. Then he told corporate there had never been a problem with the pool. I've never been spoken to by a person providing a service as that man spoke to me. Sadly, because of him, we will stop staying at Best Western. I don't need that drama or disrespect in my life. AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!"

"I have stayed here several times while traveling with my dog from Colorado to Ohio and have always had a great experience. The staff is always so kind to both me and my dog, who is a sweet pit bull. The rooms are clean and there’s free breakfast in the morning. Thank you so much to the staff. You’re all so great and we appreciate you."
