Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lansing-Leavenworth, an IHG Hotel

"It's hard to review this place bc it's under construction and changing to Hilton, I believe they said. It was loud. The first room was never cleaned so they moved me. The vending machines didn't work although the staff said they did so I lost 4 bucks. The staff was nice. The location is good bc it's by a few fast food places a gas station and a Dollar General. So ok, to stay for one night. I did find the cost a bit high because of all the inconveniences, but hey it is what it is."

"We stayed last night, the workers are amazing ( Jennifer) was so nice when we checked in very helpful. The room was great and the breakfast was better than any other place we've stayed. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a clean room and polite employees."

"The staff was very friendly and hospitable. Rooms were very clean and the shower head was absolutely amazing. I didn't like that I got a call two days before check in on a holiday weekend that the pool and Jacuzzi would be unavailable. Too late to book anywhere else, and I'm sure they knew ahead of time it wouldn't be available. Also, the free breakfast consisted of some scrambled eggs and a few bread choices by the time we got down to breakfast at about 8am. The other food was never refilled. **Edit.... after reading several reviews from many months ago, it's clear that the pool and Jacuzzi have been under construction for quite some time. This information is not provided on the website, and... in fact.... a pool is promoted as one of the amenities. This is kind of a slimy way to do business."
