"The room smelled liked sour water and the attendant would call and tell you to check out before 11 when the sign says you have till 11 great places for hookers and drug addicts. All the people that have left good reviews have either been paid to write the reviews or just flat out lied the homeless shelter is way nicer then this place."

"The room rate is the same 7 days a week. Only a $20 deposit. The people that run it are very kind. My room was clean and through out my stay housekeeping had been awesome. Some rooms may be a little outdated but for a safe and budget friendly price I won't stay anywhere else. If you plan on partying with friends this place isn't for you. No visitors unless you pay extra for them. I don't mind paying 10 for a visitor if need be. Like I said this place is safe for the area it's in. But I wouldn't choose another hotel to stay in."

"I was just at this hotel and the old lady that runs the place is really overbearing and rude. The room I was in had bedbugs and sadly for me I didn't notice until I had already stayed there all night. Also just be ready to be told that you can't have any visitors three or four times. I won't ever be staying here again."

"We're all going through hard times last couple years but this place welcomed me with open arms very nice polite consider it smiles and your next door to 1010 the best burritos in the world and of course Mickey D's and Sonic's down there but so close I have cancer prostate I'm fighting I come up here to the city to get closer to my doctors I'm back and forth from my home very nice place of course there's a better places but the hospitality can't beat the friendliness that means a lot"

"The room cost is a bit more than it is worth. But at least the $10 deposit is reasonable. Never stayed any where with a 10am check out time before but it is what it is. The tub is a nice size and the water can get nice and toasty but the tub is peeling and has no drain stopper."
