"I had such a great experience with Utah First. I just moved here and I happened to call very close to closing and I was pleasantly surprised to not get rushed off or told to take care of things tomorrow. Jess made the entire process of opening a new account seamless and so easy! Not my typical experience with banks. Usually things take forever. She was SO helpful and started the process for me knowing that I was potentially going to head to a different bank branch (as the lobby wouldn’t be open) but she stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the whole process of exactly what I would need to do from the outside deposit area. She was very thorough and I was sold on all the benefits. I LOVED that they have such a personal touch. I already feel like family. Everything got taken care of including mobile access within what felt like no more than 10 minutes.
