"It is sad when a company this big, lets a carrier set for 8 hours & refuses to pay dentation. Broker was aware that the inclement weather may cause the driver to be a little late. Appt was for 8am driver got there at 8:06a had to wait behind 3 semis getting checked in so they guard house put 8:17a then he sat in his truck waiting to get loaded then when he was loaded he had to wait to be inspected & to get his BOLs. So his clock was running & he could not get very far down the road, which cause him to lose another day trying to deliver the 1pc 2 dr load."
"Truck driver: arrived early and dropped an empty trailer in the drop yard, guard gave me my trailer assignment and hooked up to it. Load diagram was easy to understand for load securement. Very friendly and nice people."
