"It's a very nice facility. However, they double booked the room we wanted and kicked us too the curb the morning of our event without any solutions offered. A new girl had did the scheduling and really ruined our day. It was for a very important milestone birthday party. We had to take everyone to a near by park and had to end it after one hour because it was very cold that day. An apology would have been nice but nothing."
