"Driver knocked then walked off with our package that needed signing. Not even 30sec and he was back in the truck driving off. He got in his truck and I had to run to stop him and he just left the property not giving a damn."

"Fedex cannot read directions nor no the difference between black and white. Only two houses on this road. One is a lived in White House and the other is a black house under construction. Even with an address on our house and detailed delivery instructions, the packages were delivered elsewhere. The driver must be colored blind and can’t read. This is the second delivery they have lost of ours."

"I have waited five days for my package , and for the last four it has said out for delivery, and then at the end of the day it says occupational problems. This has caust me to have to pay storage on my vehicle at a shop ....if a company uses FedEx,,I will not buy from them again..."

"These people do not even try to deliver to the right people. There attitude is horrible and don't care. The only reason they have 3 stars is there own employees who don't do their jobs. Look for yourself."

"FedEx loses my delivery regularly & I have had to deliver packages to neighbors because they are delivered to me, even though the packages have the correct address. I have a sign by my door to knock loudly because I want to get the package before it's stolen. They only knock about half the time. Right now I am dealing with the loss of my medications which were never delivered."
