"I can’t believe what I just experienced at this store. Was waiting in line for over 20 mins to do a return. Was thinking something was off because the line wasn’t moving at all. A man moved his large return out of my view and I see the line isn’t moving because no one is there doing any returns. Several employees were standing around near the back of the customer service area and we asked them if they could help us. They just said “no” and went back to talking. Absolutely awful customer service. The line fire returns was literally out the door with people waiting. This store is close and convenient for me but I will be driving farther away or going to Lowe’s from now on after that experience."

"I was there for folding chairs, but not really satisfied with the ones they had. Looks like I’m gonna have to order online which I did not want to do. Help was friendly isles were clean, but cluttered with stock, people and product being delivered. Seasonal goods for Halloween. We’re out and plenty of supply restrooms are clean but very busy. I went at approximately 10 AM and 21st south is a very busy area. Parking was free but busy as well. Tools are locked up and are inconvenient to access. There must be a theft problem at this location. Self check out is preferred way to go since there were only two people at the registers. I’m disappointed that customer service is taking out of the equation."
