"The staff were rude and not helpful, they made me follow them into the construction yard and they couldn't find an egress ladder for over an hour. Once they found the ladder, it wasn't the correct size. When asked for an explanation, they said "this is just how it is," I asked if they could discount the ladder as the description was misleading and it took too much of my time as I needed the city to pass the inspection, an employee rudely yelled out "no we can't!" The manager came in and kindly explained the description error on their system and gave me a discount. They also violated their "service sins" policy that was on the wall."

But when I did get some help it was one on one and he help me get the right tool for the job so I’ll give them 5 stars. Pretty hard to get less than 5 from this guys"
