"I was was thinking about buying a shirt from our church and money us tight. I decided just after the deadline to buy one. The church was firm didn't want to upset the vendor. So I wrote CDI thinking I wouldn't hear back. Sure enough the CEO called me and was super nice and opened up the store for the church for a short period of time for me to successfully purchase the tee shirt. I just got it yesterday and I am also very happy with the shirt too. So if you want to know from someone purchasing merchandise from the customer side? They provide excellent customer service."

"Deserves 0 stars. Worst experience I have ever had with any company! Our PTO ordered shirts and sweatshirts to give out to our students and staff who had lost EVERYTHING in the 2018 Campfire. CDI Apparel contacted me claiming they never received payment, we sent 3 checks. The next month when we checked our bank, we discovered that not only did they receive all 3 checks, but they cashed all 3 also! We over paid them $2800! Then they stopped returning our calls and messages. When our principal contacted them, she was treated with disrespect. They did finally send a reimbursement check back to us, but it was unsigned and unable to be cashed. Since then they have stopped communicating with us and we still have not received any payment. I warn anyone who is considering going through this company to use someone else who is honest!"
