"I have been on a fairly fruitless search for some clothes that would fit me as I'm pregnant. No stores seem to have maternity. There was a dress in the window that looked fairly elastic. They only had a large on the rack and I asked if we could check the size in the window and if it was a medium or small I would buy it. I was told they can't sell me the dress in the window as they just put it up but they had more coming in tomorrow. I explained I'm having a fairly rough pregnancy and probably wouldn't be able to come back tomorrow. I asked if they could just put the large on temporarily and change it when they got the shipment tomorrow. I was told no because it wouldnt fit. I find it a bit exasperating that the display is more important than the customer. I would have been a guaranteed sale. Very disappointed."

"Purchased a dress on their 10 days of giveaways, on the day that had a $50 dress voucher. However, there was no instruction as to how to obtain that voucher on their web page and when I emailed to ask if the voucher would be emailed later, they responded almost immediately and informed me that I needed to purchase it prior to purchasing the dress and that the information forthat was on Instagram, which was not posted on the web page and I do not have Instagram right now, so there was no way for me to know that. When I asked to cancel the order and do it with the voucher, they didn’t answer until 6 hours later, telling me no. A very unfortunate lack of communication on their part, as they should have given some instruction for that on the web page. Ended up paying $70+ instead of what it would have been with the promo. Will likely not be returning."
"I usually love Roolee and I’ve ordered from them a ton. But a few weeks ago I received a damaged pair of shoes. I’ve reached out to Roolee 4 times over the last week and a half and still haven’t heard anything! It has all been very frustrating and honestly making me not want to order from them anymore. They need better customer service asap!"
