"Katelyn was amazing! I am tender-headed and didn’t once feel any pain. I also appreciated that she asked me a couple of times if she was being too rough (she wasn’t—and I hadn’t even told her that I was tender-headed. So thoughtful!). The scalp massage at the shampoo bowl was to die for and never have I ever been to a salon where they put a warm towel around me at the shampoo bowl—amazing. So luxurious and for a great price!"
