"My bf went a couple evenings ago and got a bad cut, the young lady clearly didn’t want to do her job, he told her to not put any product in his hair and she did anyways then she asked if there was anything else she could do and he asked if she could cut a little more from the front because it was too long and she said “no” and got her manager who sprayed more product on his hair. Poor customer service idk how hard it is to listen to the customer that’s paying you…maybe try giving the haircut you were asked to give instead of the one you want to give, if you don’t want to work there find another job!"

"Nah because this really don’t look like eyebrow length to me. I said “I like it to stay pretty long on the top, like eyebrow length.” This lady hit me with the Sheldon cooper special and cut my entire head into the shape of a sphere. Go to Supercuts."

"If I could give it zero stars I would. Every other time we have gone it’s been great and they cater to our requests. This time it was completely AWFUL. The person who did the haircut today was Chasity, she was extremely unprofessional and VERY passive aggressive. My little brother is 11years old with autism. First she told us she couldn’t clip off a few more just because “his head is that way”, then after she finally did what we asked her to, we asked if she could just dust him off because she left a lot of hairs on him. She immediately gave an attitude with a passive aggressive tone and said “well he wouldn’t sit still!” And roughly dusted him off. We came and wanted to get a haircut and came out with a very mediocre one."

"I spent days researching hair salons in the Tulsa area for my 5-year olds first haircut, and I finally settled on this one. I'm so glad I did! I can't remember the name of the woman who cut my daughter's hair; she had shoulder length brown hair, but she was FANTASTIC with my child! And I believe my stylist's name was Katie... She was also great. I will definitely be returning."

"This was my first haircut at Great Clips. The e check-in was easy and they were ready for me as soon as I walked in. I got the cut I asked for and the lady that cut my hair triple checked with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. That's something I liked! Good customer service, good haircut, and good price."
