"I made an appt with my regular tech for today and found out this morning that she no longer worked there! I was never informed! Megan did my nails today and she did a great job! I wasn't going to return to the salon because of the lack of communication, but Megan saved the day!"

"Been coming here for 2 years now and have ALWAYS had flawless service the quality of each set of nails I've gotten has been worth every penny! Yesterday I had the pleasure of having Charles do my nails and he hands down was the best my nails are amazing and no flaws to them. Now I did break one yesterday evening(my fault it broke) and went back to Charles this morning and he was quick to fix it! "This place is a must go! Iv been coming here for years, yes just like any nail salon there busy, there maybe a wait, but it’s expected on weekends and busy holidays. All the techs are good, just depends on what your wanting to achieve with your nails. Pedicures, they all do great, Last pedicure Charley did, and he was great!"

"After going to this salon consistently for over a year, I am done. My last experience there was terrible. I got my nails done on Friday, one nail broke the following Monday. Then another broke the following Thursday. When they fixed the first nail, the length is much longer than the rest of my nails and Tammy did not fix it. When the second nail was fixed the shape does not match. I have 4 stiletto nails and one almond. When I asked Lien to adjust the shape she tried but just made it a shorter almond. The paint color on the fixed nail does not match the rest of my nails. When I asked to fix she got mad at me. Terrible customer service."
