"Went in for a manicure and walked out as bad or worse than I went in! Nails are rough and scratched up! Terrible work! Paid $20 for their horrible work and now have to go somewhere else to have them fix my nails!!"

"Edit from 5 stars to ONE star: Went back for a fill and she not only didn't fix the small things that were wrong the 1st time I came in that I told her were ok for now and she could address when I came in for a fill, but she actually made the issue worse on 2 nails instead of the ONE that was messed up, and COMPLETELY messed up the shape of a 3rd nail to top it off, as well as ALL the lengths of my nails are uneven now and the coffin shape isn't even or at all aparent on all my nails, AND she hit and irritated almost ALL my cuticles on my nails while doing my fill!!!! To top it all off all the ends of my nails are so sharp that barely touching my skin feels like im scratching the crap out of myself. NEVER coming back here again and wouldn't recommend for the next person... (to clarify I did ask if she could do anything to fix the misshaped nail and she said no, and with the two that were just too short compared to the rest -which it was only 1 nail too short last time that I told her she could fix when I got a fill- she said "well now I know for next time and will take care of it then") I don't want to wait 2 weeks until "next time" with messed up nails -that I paid $40 for just a fill-, to come back and HOPE they get fixed this time around!!! 1st photo is the 1st time and only one thumb nail was too short compared to the rest and I told her she could fix it next time I got a fill, look at the second photo after the fill and tell me they didnt jack my nails up!!! My 1st reveiw: 1st time coming here, Hailey did a wonderful job on my nails!!! I got a full set Ombre with glow in the dark colors. Not 100% perfect but definitely still look great and it is only a tiny detail thats not perfect and nobody but me would ever notice lol Will definitely go back! Also they offer a Military and 1st responder discount (10% off), and I havent gotten a pedicure there yet, but their Massage chairs looked really nice!"
