"Unfortunately from other customer reviews, it's clear the pattern of racism is not a coincidence. I came in with my friend of a different race, and it was obvious they did not treat them the same as the stylist treated me. It didn't seem like they respected what my friend wanted and quickly finished with what they wanted. But with me, they were kind and gave me more time to take care of my hair. I don't understand the discrimination, and it is disrespectful."
"Bad attitude for different racial, even they are from Korea, huge shame to them, don’t care what customers want for their hair style, if she cut your hair badly , she will ask you pay extra for fix it. That means pay for her mistake !! So disappointed !! Only show her smile to customer when the moment you pay it !!"

"I’ve been going to see Sophia for haircuts and straight perms for over 10 years. From their old location to their new. I adore her and her Mom, they always take good care of me and make the best out of my thick wavy hair. Highly recommended. Walk-ins only, so be patient when you go in, it’s worth it."
