"I like so much the service and the lashes but yesterday, she charge me 230 for a hybrid lashes full set I don’t know why, when I make the appointment online was 170 not 230 so I don’t understand what happened. I need talk with tte Owner or manager"

"I saw Kelly at the Edmond location. She was very sweet and kind. I actually fell asleep during my service. My lashes were just how I wanted them. They looked so natural. I loved them."

"Leaving a review for the first time in my life because I’m so displeased. I think the 5 stars are planted. This is the McDonald’s of lashes. Went in to try them out with a coupon. Glad I got a deal because the lashes on my left eye started falling out the next day before I even showered. My right is fine. I’m a back sleeper. It’s one week after my appointment and my left eye has half the lashes. They told me to book a fill. Lol. No. They just had to fix half of my left eye. Terrible customer service. The glue job was also not clean initially. My lashes got caught in the brush anytime I tried to care for them because of glue where it shouldn’t be matting them."

"Caroline was very thoughtful and made me feel at ease.she took some lashes off I had put on somewhere else. I then made an appointment to have her put a set of lashes on for me because of a wedding. They were perfect. She is a true professional about three weeks later I had the lashes taken off. She did another excellent job. I recommend Caroline highly."

"Worst customer service and experience I've ever had with any company. I canceled my membership November 5th and was told over the phone my membership and account would be canceled and deleted. They continued to try and charge me for November so I called the company again to reconfirm my membership was no longer active. Found out it was but i was reassured that they would take care of it and cancel my membership. I didn't get charged for a membership since until yesterday. The full amount for my canceled (i thought) membership was pulled from my bank account. I decided to email the company so there was more of a paper trail and was told my account is still active and they will not refund me. Never got an apology for the mix up but instead was told I was lying about having two conversations over the phone with them canceling my account. Most unprofessional company all the way around. If I was allowed to give zero stars I would. If you're looking to get started being a lash artist or wanting to become a member I would highly recommend going somewhere else. This company gives the lash industry a bad reputation and it's incredible sad. I've never known such an unprofessional company not only to their customers but their employees as well."
