"Kelly saved my day! After another location’s stylist sent me home very disappointed and unhappy, Kelly was more than happy to help get my cut fixed up and looking so much better. The entire experience was so much better than I could have expected. The entire staff showed their concern for how bad the cut I walked in with was, and validated my frustrations with no judgment. I was so impressed with how quickly I was sat down and made to feel comfortable, and I was walked through every step of what Kelly was doing with my hair. "Most horrible feeling. Asked for a 20s’ style finger wave updo. I was there for 2 hours. The result was awful. I am not sure what hair style this was but there were no finger waves, my hair was glued so hard to my head it hurt, and there were weird gaps. The other stylists tried to help but the person kept saying she had it. If you don’t know how that’s cool, say so. I respect that more than wasting my time and money. One star as at least I got in fast. I left speechless. Went home and it took 15 minutes and 3 washes to get the gunk out. Then did my own quick curl for my party."

"I would give 0 stars if it let me. Got here at 630 NO ONE Waiting and they turned down 3 people because we weren't checked in online. 2 ladies working one finishing up. The lady told me to leave when I asked why they wouldn't cut our hair since no one was waiting...I will never come back here and have been coming here for years. Should change your hours if you don't want customers during posted hours. I'm sure the owners will love that you turned down 3 people."
