They never contacted me about the rate increase, I only found out after the automatic checking withdrawal of 170.00, they definitely didn't have my back, not sure what they do for customers."

"This is for the South Jordan location only. I was really hoping to like this insurance agency when I switched to it some years ago. My initial agent seemed attentive when I first met her. After a couple years, when my bundled , personal policy came due I would contact them to shop rates for me and got the runaround. They were constantly saying they would get back to me, but never did. This went on the last couple of years so I don’t write this negative review frivolously. Just this past month, my husband was told that someone would get back to him before our policy expired to let him know if there were any other companies out there with better rates. Finally, I called another independent agency who got us set up on a better bundled package within 48 hours and on the exact day my policy under Banasky came due, of course without any contact from them. I physically went into the office and canceled with them. They have a lovely new building in South Jordan and I got the impression that the personal insurance end of business is not the main focus there. My current agent was very apologetic and told me about the personnel shortages in her department and the difficulties getting through new regulations, however, I have been hearing about that since the pandemic in 2020 as the reasons no one can get back to me there. My new agency doesn’t seem to have those issues. Since my new insurance agency is saving me almost $1000 a year for the same coverage with another company, I’m now wondering if I could’ve had this savings the last two years. Shame on me for not taking further action sooner but I wanted to give Banasky the benefit of the doubt because I don’t change insurance companies on a whim."
