"I’ve had Bowcutt’s tile two of my showers and bathrooms. Such an amazing experience! Their showroom is awesome and they are super fast to get everything installed. The finish work is honestly the best I’ve seen. I wouldn’t waste your time looking anywhere else. Go see them and ask for Dustin."
"Thank you!! You did an amazing job on our carpets!! Jessica was great in coming out and helping us decide how much and which carpet to choose. The installers were fast, did a great job, and even vacuumed when done! We liked it so much, that is why we asked you again to come out and bid our basement. You did a great job there too! LOVE the carpets!! Thanks again for the great care and support you gave us. ❤️"
"Jess was the best person to work with. She has the best ideas and has a great eye for design. She was so patient with my husband asking all the questions again. I’m so glad I found this place and Jess. I would highly recommend going to her if you need anything. She always gives you the straight answer."
"We built our home with Edge a few years back and wanted to have some fireplace cabinets and a basement kitchenette added on to our home with the same materials originally used to have a seamless look. We worked with Marshall throughout the whole process. We are happy with the services him and his team provided. He went above and beyond to make sure everything matched and looked ok. He got us quotes quickly and sourced reasonably priced materials. He was very clear with a timeline when materials would arrive and kept us up to date if anything got back ordered. We are happy with our end product and would be happy to refer his services and his team to any of our neighbors and friends."
"To say these guys are the worst, is an understatement. We used them twice, thinking, surely the first experience was impossible to repeat. But we were wrong. The first job was a small bathroom, and we were told it would take two days. It took almost a week. The wrong materials were sent, some were forgotten, we were lied to about which type of tile we had bought (porcelain vs ceramic), the first attempt had to be broken out and started again, the installer didn’t keep to the agreed schedule, which ruined a birthday weekend and left family scrambling to find hotels to stay in for the weekend. Then the installer didn’t even show up one day, and then started a new job the next day, and left us unfinished. Grout cracked and chipped almost immediately. The second job was an even smaller bathroom. They promised everything would go smoothly this time. Oh, but it didn’t. This two-day job took TWO WEEKS. We were promised the same installer but a new guy showed up at the house. In flip flops. Five hours late. He worked for less than two hours before leaving for the day. Also announcing he wouldn’t be coming the next day. He promised to show up and finish the following, but no-showed. Monday, some new guy showed up four hours late wanting to work. He installed two different patterns on each shower wall. When his boss pointed it out to him, he refused to fix it, and quit. Two more days later, some teenagers show up unannounced saying they were here to break it out and tile all day. They put massive holes in the underlying drywall, panicked, and left, saying they’d be right back. Which, of course, we waited around all day, and they didn’t return. A few more days go by, and the first guy shows up, wanting to “make things right.” He tiled all day, but no-showed the next day to do the grout. To say we had had it, is far more polite than I felt. The same teenagers showed back up to grout at 6:30pm, one did all the work while the other wondered around our house and tried to get into my car. They left real fast unannounced, and left a huge mess. They installed chipped tile, the tile is uneven, they left holes in the drywall, installed the wrong hardware, left holes and gaps in the shower floor, the grout is already cracked, dropped cement??? and an unknown red paint and bright white grout on the tile floor, and left a mess every single time. They left the shower completely unusable. Do not use these guys! Stay so far away. Every time we talked to anyone at the store, they blamed the workers, and the workers blamed the store. In the end, Bowcutt’s have full responsibility and are to blame. We paid you to do the work. You hire your workers. You set the schedule. After two horrendous weeks of missing work for no-shows and zero communication, the project was “done,” and we just close the door and pretend it’s not even there."
