"These guys are doing a freat job. Omagin an insurance that actully backs you? In the past I have had other insurance companies that act like they are on the other persons side. Once I hac my camp trainer touch a mirror on the drivers side of his car. He claimed I totally wiped out the other side of his car. Totally impossiable for mw to have done that. The insurance paid this lieing theif about $10,000 and let his get away with this fraud. Can you imagin how pissed I was? I barly touched his mirror, 2 hundred dollars, they gave him 10k. These guys listen to you, and back you, thank you Alstate!!!"

"I have not been able to communicate with Curtis himself, ever. My only access is to an assistant who really has no answers to any of our questions. The communication is terrible and the customer service is even worse. We are literally a hostage to this company who has increased our rates more than double and the explainations why make no reasonable sense?"

"I have used this insurance agent for over ten years. I haven't been pulled over, never in an accident, and always paid on time. My rate went from 210.00 in 2022 to 320.00 in 2023. I have two cars, two drivers. When I called to ask questions, the representative I spoke with wouldn't let me talk. When I asked to be heard, she said that she was uncomfortable and wouldn't continue the conversation. This is not a company that cares about you."

"My family has been with Allstate for decades at this point. I got booted off of my moms insurance but decided to stay with Allstate. ((Really good decision on my part)) I just called and they gave me a review of my policy and helped me get a quote for a better deal for myself in the long run! They are always very clear about what is going on with your policy and communicate in a way that is easy to understand, yet not condescending in any way.
