"I had an appointment scheduled with the Ulta hair salon for over a week. The morning of my event, they called to cancel on me. I had to find a place last minute that would do my hair and I was not lucky. I'm very disappointed in the way they handled the whole situation. There were other stylists in the salon working that day. Tell me that I needed to reschedule for a different day, but the wedding was for that day. The ladies that work in the Ulta store are great they are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will never recommend Ulta for Hair Salon again. When this happened, I called around to different places and they said that it is a common thing for Ulta employees to do. They just don't show up for work and then those people are canceled on the day of their event. This is not a professional business. I will never recommend Ulta for the hair salon ever again."
