"I honestly do not understand all the 5 star reviews. My experience with farm bureau is they do not protect or help their client. Most recently I had an individual hit my car. His insurance is dragging their feet to approve my claim. I reached out to farm bureau for support and my only recourse is to open a claim with them and pay my deductible. I’m basically on my own to deal with his insurance. On the flip side my husband was hit a few years ago and explicitly said it was not his fault. Farm bureau did not push back and we had to go to deposition and lost time at work. We have been with them 5 or 6 years now and am shopping for a new company."
