"The most amazing customer service I have ever seen. I ran into an absolute emergency and needed something printed and cut that day... within hours. I was all but in tears when I called. Without these papers my entire event would have been impossible. Even though I'm sure they had other things to do, she made sure to get my stuff done. She even stayed late so I could send someone to come pick them up because I didn't see her email that they were done. I was so busy running around trying to finish things up. When I say that she saved me, I mean it with every word. Sadly, I was so frazzled I don't even remember her name. Even though I live out of state, I will always go back here for things I need printed. It is worth my drive time back to Grantsville to give them my business. The customer service is unmatched. "The unprofessionalism that the old lady who worked there (no name badge) had terrible customer service. Trying to return something to Google and thought I had the correct return label. She made it loud and clear that I had the wrong one, refused to scan the QR code to get the correct one, and tried having me pay for something that was already paid for. She is disgusting and very rude. You're better off going to Tooele or Salt Lake City for a fedex. Don't go here, the representatives are rude."
