"Went in to return something from Amazon. Amazon and ups clearly didn’t communicate about these type of item return because UPS turned me down. This review is not about that tho it’s frustrating. The employee I spoke to first was rude. And when I asked for a manager she got more of an attitude as she pointed. The manager was kind but while talking to the manager the employee was adding some of what I told her to the manager but in a snarky way and it wasn’t needed. It just made the situation worse. Also the things they suggested were not possibly you can’t just pull up and drop your stuff at Amazon tho that would be awesome. Again the manager was kind which is why it is 2 stars but the employee and lack of communication between Amazon and ups sucked."

"I Always get good help when I take packages down there. I have taken a half dozen things in. Cheyenne helped me today I was having troubles getting the label she went out of her way to make it happen for me. Super nice thank you Cheyenne."

"Pulled up a little after 5 on Saturday and a very nice young lady was running to cars to let people know that they were already closed for the night and only had the doors open for carpet cleaners. She let us know the hours for the next day and apologized for the inconvenience. We appreciated her coming up to our car and letting us know before we got all of our returns out of the car and up to the door. Lovely customer service. Will be back tomorrow for sure!"

"I have been coming here for years and have never left a review! So here it is, this UPS store is amazing! Yes the lines can be long and you wait that is not the employee fault. As humans we all had the bright idea to show up and if the lines are a problem you seen all the cars parked out front you could have easily avoid coming inside. They recently started self check out for Amazon packages just scan your label from your phone and slip your item into the clear baggy and slap your label on it and your good to go. If you have an item that you have to print the label for you will have to wait in line. Self service is easy to use and you’ll be in an out quickly."
