"Just got off the phone and they were strait to my answer I needed and I will be doin a trade in for a dryer. They do trades like I bought a (what I thought was a electric) dryer and it's gas. So I called and they said they can do a trade for me! To make it even better, someone is gonna be there on a sunday! Just have to call first on Sundays if you need help. Definitely go to them for cheap and or trades. Super nice and strait to the business!"
"Mark is the best! We really appreciate him and his team. We had negative experience after negative experience trying to buy a “reliable” used fridge from people off FB marketplace, and it was a disaster. When we finally found appliance factory, it was such a relief. The appliances we bought were reliable, worked great, and they honored their warranty and took good care of us the one time something did need it."
"I wish they would allow negative star ratings. This would be a -10! I would not send my worst enemy to that place. They are rude, unremorseful & scammers. I'll hit the highlights. 1) They delivered the gas dryer I bought 1 1/2 hours late. No courtesy call to let me know. No apologies, not even when I mentioned it. 2) I thought the owner was just an employee that hated his job from his attitude. 3) I had paid an extra 50.00 for a diagnostic to be done on my washer. That consisted of turning the washer on for less than a minute & told to change my speed cycle. I asked him if I should call him if that doesn't fix it. He quickly told me "no, you'll have to buy a washer." So, I paid 50.00 for nothing? His response, "yea." 4) His solution did not work, my clothes were actually worse so I drove over there to let them know & ask why I was told that it sounded like the pump from one guy & then the above happened. The owner and the other guy started literally yelling at me. Both of them, at the same time, yelling at me! 5) The dryer I bought makes a squeaking noise, like the belt is going out on it which tells me they do not inspect their products before selling them. I went there because of all the good reviews I read but I honestly don't know how they are still in business."
"We showed up more than an hour before the posted closing time and rang the doorbell with no answer. The phone numbers listed on the sign were hard to read so I went to the website to get the phone number and call. We were told that the person was on a delivery and would be back in 15 minutes. 30 minutes later, no one had shown up so we left. The place looks pretty sketch as well. I'm bummed because other reviews seemed good but I guess we'll have to try our luck elsewhere."
