"Excellent service and a friendly knowledgeable crew. They got the job done quickly and at a low cost. Recommended. A++"
"I was happy to hear others who used their service and were happy. We purchased our house with the Radiant system already installed. I called to have it taken out since we were not interested in having maintained. He was rude when I called and told him I wanted it removed. He never called back after numerous tries and leaving many messages. I ended up calling a plumbing company to have it taken out. It was expensive but at least I do not have to worry about maintaining a system we don't want."
"Scheduled an appt for a flow test and well inspection, said he had to reschedule that day which is understandable. Tried again the next week, but this time he just didn’t show up and won’t answer my calls. He’s a one man show, but just be honest with your customers instead of them just waiting around all day."
"We got outstanding service from this company. Radiant came out to recalibrate our existing system after a new well was drilled. We could not be happier with their work ethic, knowledge and abilities."
"Could not do the job the owner guaranteed he could do – still charged me $600. Even though the bid was turn key. Damaged my old well. – it pulled water for about ten minutes after he left then it quit. This well has run two sprinklers for the last 15 years now it won’t run one. The water barely runs for less than a minute then stops and you have to wait 4 or 5 minutes then it barely runs water again for a minute. I think he pulled the pipe above the water table or something. Owner told me he broke off a submerged pump in the bottom of a customer’s well just the week before. Tried filling complaint with BBB but they only wanted to go to arbitration since he is a member. Response Owner never came out when I told him what I needed. Had one of his workers drop by and take some pictures. He bid the job off the pictures and guaranteed he could do what I needed. That’s when I ask him if he could not would I have to pay for a pump I did not need. He told me no that if it didn’t work he would take the pump back – no charge, which he did. I kept the pressure tank to help him out. Since my well doesn’t work why do I need the pressure tank? He pulled the pipe at an angle instead of straight up and that’s the reason it not only broke but there is some damage further down. The equipment he used was inappropriate to pull a well under a roof soffit which is where mine is and that’s the reason he damaged the pipe. He also damaged my roof soffit trying to pull the pipe. He wanted to drill a new well which runs two or three thousand dollars. The well will push two sprinkler heads for about three minutes then runs out of water then after a few minutes in will start up a gain for a couple of minutes. It acts like it’s not in the water table. In the past it would push three sprinkler heads continually. Now its just a wasted piece of equipment unusable unless I want to spend a couple of thousand dollars to dill a new well. My complaint isn’t really about the 600 dollars. Although if had he told me he was just going to try and I would have to pay him by the hour not the job whether he did what I wanted or not, then I would not have used him. My complaint is that I had a pump that was working until I hired him to put a new pump on. Now it doesn’t work and it will cost me a lot of money to repair the damage he did to the well and too my house."
