"I am so beyond disappointed! The last couple times I have come, it has been amazing. But this last time (last Friday), the guy rushed the whole thing. I guess he was trying to get to the bday part after me. I have since had more of my nails than not fall off. Already!! They just got dipped Friday afternoon! I tipped the guy 15 dollars cause I thought before I left that it was just cause y’all were busy and overwhelmed. But when Irene did my nails last, they lasted for 3 and 1/2 weeks!! My nails are already almost gone! I just really feel like you skipped over me and did the bare minimum and then he even charged me more than I’ve ever been charged and I’ve never done anything more than I did this time and than definitely got less than a great job. I really had thought you guys were great…I couldn’t be more wrong."
"I had the powder dip nails and Larry did a fantastic job! They worked me in at the last minute before closing and we were done right on time. The ombré nails were done perfectly and quickly. Larry was super nice. Every time I’ve used Luxor nails, about 5 times, I’ve always had an excellent tech. They are very nice there too. 10/1/23 Went back and had a mani pedi. Cathy and Ivy did a great job."
