"Brenda (store manager) and Josh (sales) were top notch during my entire purchase process. I bought my first ever tractor (bx1880) and they took time to explain all the levers and operations, test drive, and answer all of my questions with patience. I was dreading this thinking it would be like a car salesman experience. I 100% recommend the Kubota Norman store. I couldn’t be happier with the entire process including financing piece which was quick/easy. Go see Brenda and Josh!"

"We went to GPK Norman on Sept 8th and asked what the first 50 hr check-up would cost and was given and estimate of 401.00 and explained to Ryan that we would have to save up the money. Once we saved up 450.00 we called to make an appointment and was told they don’t make appointments and that it would take about 2 weeks to get it completed when asked why so long we were told it is what it is we are not like a car lot very rude reply in my opinion from a Service Manager but we took it in for service still thinking it would be about 400.00 or so. We got a call with a balance due of 581.56. When questioned about the increase of 180.00 I was told that this is what it costs and once it was brought in and they could look to see what needed to be done when asked what else needed to be done other than the first 50 hr check up I was told nothing so I asked again why the large increase in price ? Expecting to hear that prices have gone up and that is why I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT BUT was told that I was being argumentative and another term that was so far out there I can’t remember it but that is what it will cost and he knew that I did not understand why the large difference because I was still arguing with him. So I told him that the moral to this story is that he is not good at his job or he would have gotten closer to the real cost. Needless to say we will not be bringing our L2501 back to the Norman location for service just so I won’t get berated and talked down to by Ryan again. I am interested in seeing if I get a generic reply."

"Purchased a new Kubota front loader. None in the DFW area. Since we paid cash it was very fast. They had everything ready to go. One sheet of paper with a signature and out the door. Helpful staff showed us the basics. Then they assisted us to get it loaded on our trailer. Got back home to Texas in a short time. Round trip 6hrs and we were ready to go."

"A lady called me a few days after showing interest in a mower, super nice and helpful, walked me threw a 10 min process and after being declined at several other places , this place had me approved for a mower and a trailer! She did all the shopping for me at the different locations and had everything ready to pick up. Which is very helpful considering I just had knee surgery. Then I drove to the norman location and everything was ready to go! Levi was a awesome sales guy, had everything laid out ready to sign and loaded everything for me. I will definitely recommend this place and will be doing business with them from here on out."
