"I just wanted to buy a tablet but they intentionally say your credit card doesn't work (that I obviously knew it worked and my credit card company said it was never ran) so they can put you on a best buy credit card. They are acting deceptively. I just wanted to buy a tablet and they lost that sale and all my future business. They simply do not care about sales."

"I have never had a bad experience here. So far I've been helped with what I'm looking for and I've met employess who did take time to listen what I was looking for. Noted there's been a couple try to show me things little more pricey lol but nothing major. Overall service has been good. Recently bought a TV and ended up being faulty and they were able to test it and see what it was doing and they exchanged it for the exact same one with no issues. I spoke to three other employees who were polite and helpful. A little expensive there, but we are in hard times, so. Overall, very pleasant location to visit!"
"Like many Best Buy locations there were plenty of employees available. At the time that I went, around lunch time, it wasn't very busy at all. So there were a lot of employees just walking around chasing amongst themselves. It took at least 5 minutes for me to be approached after I basically made a bee line to look at a new phone. Then I was passed off but the lady that did end up helping me was very nice and assisted me with what I needed to know. The store looked clean and tidy."
