"Purchased some specialty paint. Didn't use for a week or so due to weather. When I went to use it I found it was mixed as wrong color. I understand special paints aren’t returnable but YOU mixed the wrong color. Tried to remix and still wrong color. If YOU are unable to mix a correct color let me know and I’ll go somewhere else before you mix it. If you don't mix correctly then should reimburse me. Paint isn't cheap. Very frustrating since they pride themselves on their paint service. Will never buy paint there again."

"If you’re going to ask your customers to take off their backpacks to shop in your store, then you should have the decency to watch their belongings. My husband was on his motorcycle and that’s why he was wearing a backpack… not to steal from you. To tell someone mid shop to put the backpack by the door or get out is ridiculous. Thankfully O’Reilly’s is right across the parking lot and has great customer service."
"Ace usually has helpful staff. Their prices are typically a little higher than Lowe’s and they don’t always have what you need simply due to the size of their store. However, they are great if you have basic products for the home or garden. If you need something a little more obscure, I’d call first to see if they have it."
