"Convenient location. Easy to find parking. Check in process was easy. Breakfast from 6-9, lots of delicious options. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the mountains nearby. Lots of good shopping and food that is close to the hotel."
"After a long night on the road, we arrived quite late; sometime after 1 in the morning. The front doors are kept locked at night, but were opened by a staff member as soon as we walked up to them. Service for our room was quick. The hotel is very quiet so we slept soundly. Got up in time for breakfast, and brought it back to the room so we could check the weather on our route for that day while eating. My only gripe is that the coffee there was not particularly good, but other than that, breakfast was phenomenal. The hotel is located right next to a Dutch Bros. if you prefer that. Several fuel stations are nearby as well so we were able to fuel up quickly before getting back on the road. All in all, a very pleasant experience."
"Rooms were okay if you want a cheap place to stay. But the Gal at nights watch out for attitude. My wife was greated with attitude but we shrugged it off. Then when my wife went to check for a late check out she gave attitude agian. My wife gave a little attitude back. She could not handle being talked back to and had us escorted out of the hotel by the cops. This should have never happened. My wife was calm and never did anything except question what the gal said. Found out this is the 3rd complaint in 2 months of working there. The rest of the staff was nice and very helpful. The breakfast was good. But until the maintenance of rooms is better and this Gal is gone. I would not go back."
"The breakfast host was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms were nice with a couple items needing some maintenance. But great for a one night stay. The hot tub was out of commission. Good location near the Walmart."
"Hotel says nonsmoking but smells heavily of smoke when entering the lobby as all the employees smell of it. Some were friendly, but looked very unkempt and unwashed and were hard to find as they were outside taking multiple smoke breaks. The hot tub was broken and the pool temp was around 70. WHY? The kids couldn’t stay in longer than a few minutes. We came down for breakfast but the worker unplugged the waffle maker while we were IN THE MIDDLE of cooking a waffle at 9 and took all serving utensils. There is no sign saying what time breakfast ends. We’ve stayed at multiple Best Westerns but this has to be the worst. Overall this place looks & feels unsanitary. We will not be staying at this one again, nor recommend it."
