"Wolfpack Island is classed as a wilderness area. There are no facilities on the Island. Bring everything that you need with you and take everything that you brought with you, with you when you leave. It's a beautiful place to stop and picnic, if you're out on the lake. It's also a nice place to camp-out with your family and friends. There is no fee for camping in a wilderness area. Don't take my word on it, go find out for yourself. It's a wonderful spot to be on Lake Thunderbird."

"Cool little island... water is very shallow on the north side between island and the mainland... parked our boat here and camped out for the night (my son, his friend and I) ... very secluded and peaceful... there are beavers on the island chewing on many of the trees. Do be careful of the poison ivy and poison oak... :-)"
