"I wanted to find a place close by where I could buy my supplements in person instead of ordering them online. Saw some mixed reviews for this place but I'm glad I gave them a shot. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. After my purchase I asked her about some of the things that were said she told me about the previous management and her dissatisfaction and that they had a new manager and from everything I could see in my experience before letting them know what I was there for shows me that things have changed"

"This GNC is great. I came in to buy Pre workout and then I had to return it due to unfortunate circumstances but the staff were really sweet and kind and helped me out a lot even though I had the worst day. If you see this, just know you made my day a little brighter and small acts of kindness go a long way ✨️ thank you"

"The good: It was clean and shelves looked pretty stocked. The bad: The entire time I was in the store, the manager was on the phone (loudly) bad mouthing an employee/former employee. It was super unprofessional and it made sense why there was a help wanted sign. I wouldn't want to work here either."

"Says they’re open until 9 but door is locked. No one is answering the phone. Sign in the window says 9pm. It’s is 6:20 pm why can’t I get in. Where are the employees?"

"I arrived Five minutes before they opened and was totally fine with waiting. 10 AM rolls around and still no one. 10:05AM and I see an employee arrive and go into the store and lock the door behind them. They were late but whatever, I just told myself a couple more minutes and I can go in. I see the employee again after 5 minutes, they come to the door and then unlock and lock it again as they left. They got in their car and left. That’s when I decided to just leave. Not sure what was all going on but it was really disappointing waiting around only to just have no choice but to leave."
