"Our family has a lot going on right now don’t have a lot of Time to shop in the store and it’s my anniversary. I was looking to buy some earrings and when I called the lady told me just to come in not to helpful at all. But I was looking on their website and found a pair that I really like and was going to see if they had them in stock. So that I could just swing by and pick them up real quick, but when I called the same lady answered and she told me to hold on. I could hear her talking to the other coworker or someone else saying how she told me to just come by and look what they have Very Rude how it was such a big deal. I’m sure it can’t be that hard to look up an item That I was just wanting to swing by and grab real quick!!!"

"I had an excellent experience at this Fred Meyer Jewelers (MUCH better than the service I got at the WJ location). As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two employees. I wasn't actually there to purchase anything that day but instead to see if they could help me untangle a horrible knot of five fine-chain necklaces. Stacey immediately said she'd take a look at it and got to work trying to untangle it. She was incredibly patience despite the fact that this truly was THE worst knot of chains ever! She kept working at it and after a lot of time and effort, she was able to get them all free! I was so thrilled as many of them have sentimental value and I was worried most of them would break in the process! Stacey was very personable and easy to chat with while she worked on my necklaces. I would honestly come back to this location for future jewelry buying and jewelry help!"

"We will never again be ordering from this store. We were told that they had the size in stock, when we went to purchase it, we were then told that we had to order it. Which is fine, but the girl with the long red hair and glasses was extremely rude, and told us we would not be able to find anything anywhere else because she knows everything. The way she was speaking to us was unacceptable, and she offered no other help. And we actually did find a ring that would be here in time, and took out business elsewhere. Would give 0 stars if I could."

"Wow, everyone here is so nice . I needed a watch adjusted and Becky made sure to make it her mission to fix my problem. Karen, the manager is so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of jewelry. I had a wonderful experience at this Fred Meyer location. I will definitely come back."
