"Awful experience! Wanted to consign my trailer so the shop had it for 3 weeks with no word from anyone on whether they would like to have the trailer on the lot. I decided to pick it up and the day of pick up the mechanic decided to let me know that the lift motor nut snapped off so now the pop up can no longer be put up. They never offered to fix this as it was their mechanic that sheared if off. Everything worked when I dropped the trailer off and once picked up now we are unable to even pop it up. This is a $1400 repair that I am now having to fix at my cost. Dan was no help, gave a poor me text about how he's never been on vacation and during this he was and he would make it right...no word from him again. DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRAILERS HERE FOR ANYTHING!!!!!"

The owner immediately got the mechanic on the line, since we were leaving town the next day, and he helped me figure out some hidden breaker in the back and bam! It works! Such good service!
