"Monique in jewelry on our visit was more than exceptional!! She was so nice and informative! She helped us get exactly what we were looking for and somebody needs to give this lady a raise and a promotion! She's definitely a great sales gal!!"

"Just had the WORST experience at this store. At closing, they locked the doors too early and corralled people to the exit furthest from my (with two childrens) car. Because there were no customers, and employees were just standing there, I told them they should be able to just let us out. The employee very rudely said “not my problem”. I was appalled. I asked for her name. She said “you don’t need to know my name”. You guys, this is real! And then she said her manager was right there, beside her, when I said I wanted to talk to a manager. The manager was just as rude. I can’t believe the rudeness! The one other customer in the store even said “wow”. I will never shop there again. And I WILL tell everyone about this experience. And it wasn’t even closing time yet!"

"Not greeted warmly, was told that they were closing in 30 min. and did not help me find what I was looking for, had poor selection, and when I was walking out the door the staff told me that I was lucky she was there to let me out, and it wasn't even closing time."

"I am not sure what has happened to JCPenney's. They have removed anybody from the store that can help people. The only people I could find working there were at the registers in the very back of this store. And they put a zigzag Q line in the store that's just like Ross. In fact if it's going to be like shopping at Ross I think I will just go to Ross it's cheaper. After sitting in front of the store in the mall. Waiting for my wife to finish her shopping, I witnessed people carrying stuff out without paying. My personal opinion on this is that they just couldn't find the registers all the way in the back. LOL P.S. They may not be there next Christmas. Watch for liquidation sales."

"A good store. It is clean and organized. The staff does a good job at taking care of matters. Pricing is okay depending on the sales and items."
