"I don’t understand all the negative comments on here about the “wait time”. On the website it says “check lead times”…. If you want something slapped together and shipped the same day, order from Walmart, you want quality, call these guys !!! Four weeks from ordered to installed and it looks amazing. Install was a booger, but the brackets are a much better option that nut-serts or those cheap plastic clips. This thing is awesome !!!"

"I’m not a fan of giving negative reviews but this is more than warranted. Hopefully someone else won’t go through the headache I have. I saw a few bad reviews as I contemplated my $1500.00 order but hoped they had been resolved. Clearly they have not. Fitment issues, poor instructions and horrible customer service continue to plague this company. First, the price in my cart changed 3 times as I tried to check out. I sent an email to explain the problem but never got a response. Keep an eye on that. Shipping speed was ok but more problems continue. After phone calls and multiple installation issues, emails and questions remained unanswered. I had to re-fab the brackets for the over $600 versa table because of fitment problems. The brackets were off and did not align with the factory tailgate holes. Some bending and drilling made the fitment less obnoxious but it’s still not worth the money having to do all that. Still no reply from the email to them about this. The wiring extension kit for the ARB compressor does not align with the ARB install instructions. After bringing the concern up in a phone call I was told the item was discontinued (but they sold it to me anyway). In yet another unanswered email about this, the contact form was filled out. I did get an an answer apologizing for the “misunderstanding” in an earlier phone call saying this was discontinued and a 20% restocking fee would apply. They stated the return would be accepted but I still had to pay the fee and fill out a form. The email questioning this fee is still unanswered. At this point, I’m exhausted and just want to cut the cord. The return process has taken 2 weeks and I still don’t have information requested about sending the wiring extension kit back. Customer service, quality and honesty are everything in this game. American Adventure Lab is falling short in every category. They lost my future business, recommendations and trust. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else."

"American Adventure Labs is second to none in customer service. I have the high line fender lights on my JL (which are the best looking on the market in my opinion). Unfortunately, I haven't had the best of luck with the lights its self. LEDs going out or just not working all together. I understand things happen, but the way the company handles the issue is truly the best I have experienced. They make you feel valued. I'll continue to speak volumes about American Adventure Labs to my off road buddy's and on the forms. Thank you Jayden and Carter in customer service for doing just that, servicing the customer."

"We had the opportunity to tour the facility when we purchased our items from American adventure Lab. I can't say enough good about the people there. Excellent customer service and the products we purchased work flawlessly. We plan on getting more of their items as we finish building out our Jeep."

"WORST MISTAKE EVER! Do not buy! Do not order anything from these people especially their lights. It’s been over 3 yrs now (Feb 2019) and I still don’t have the lights that I purchased. I have over 60+ emails to prove it all. I destroyed my jeep to accept their product and now I have to replace both my entire fenders and then have them repainted. I ordered RGB lights back when they first came out and had nothing but PROBLEMS. So much so that they had been replaced 5 times I believe (lost count) and now I’m stuck with a set of “LOANER” lights that are dim, turning yellow and cracking. I still have not received the lights that I originally purchased as they have said they no longer make the RGBs. So they stole my money. Oh and when I first got the lights they kept hyper flashing and was told that even though I had the LEDs from factory that I had to purchase an additional 60$ part to make the lights work. Sorry, but shouldn’t you make a product that works without having to make someone purchase and ADDITIONAL product to make it work. Freaking ridiculous."
