"We paid for a full day with the bikes until 5:30 that evening. When we got to the shop they said they are closing early and we need to be back by 2:45. No apology, partial reimbursement, etc. The gal just shrugged and said she doesn’t make the schedule. Super disappointing! We were very rushed!"

"We had the best experience here! We rented two electric beach cruisers and 1 fat tire. The bikes were great & easy to book online. The employees were helpful and informative. We went straight from the rental shop to the snow canyon bike path. We went for about and hour and a half and it didn’t even make a dent in the bike battery. The views were stunning and the kids (5 & 2) had fun in the trailer too."

"We rented e-bikes here and had a great time. We chose to ride from the shop through Snow Canyon. We rented them for three hours but our ride only lasted two. Be sure to take water on a warm day. Helmets were provided. Reasonable rates."
