"Brian is a nice guy but his knowledge is NOT sufficient to represent clients involved in a real estate transaction law suit. Four years after Brian represented my husband and I, which is after the statute of limitations has passed, I decided to obtain my real estate license. One week into my courses I learned vital information that made our case a home run. Anyone in real estate or as an attorney should be familiar enough with the law to know that an encroachment on a property that was knowledge of the agent but was not disclosed on the contract is against the law (the property then has a defect and could not be sold as a marketable title even if sold "as is").
