"Absolutely the most efficient & friendly UPS location we've ever been to. Luckily it's the closest location to our home & we certainly lucked out. The owner is often there and so very helpful, accommodating. The team makes everything easy & smooth without any hassle at all. Highly recommend this location!"
"I usually get really good and fast help at this location but the day I went in for my last drop off, the young female worker was really suggesting that I go to the post office for my drop off. It was close to 6 pm. I've also had dropped off my USPS things here before. I actually had to tape my own little box with the roll of tape I bought and she literally was helping everyone else tape and package theirs. All other workers I've met before are really great. I'm just not sure why this one was being weird. I don't even know her and I was nice."
"This is by far the best run UPS store I've ever been to. I drove 50 miles for this store, passing several others along the way who could not help me. I arrived 10 minutes before close and asked them to package two, 100lbs each, large battery backups for me. Not only did they do this, but the owner herself stayed 40 minutes after close, while receiving personal calls asking of her whereabouts, to pack my equipment so that I could take the packages with me. I cannot recommend this store enough."
"I went in today (1/11/23) for help getting two packages sent off after having a terrible experience trying to do so through the Saratoga Springs location. The two ladies who assisted me provided me with extremely good customer service and were willing to help make sure my packages had filling in them free of charge so the items being sent off wouldn't get damaged. I will go through this store for now on. Truly appreciated the top notch service."
"UPS Works so nicely and fast. I had a bad experience working at a call center in sales with them. But the phone customer service is way different than the face to face service. The one here in Draper is nice and clean."
