"Trying to get someone to help with formatting is a joke. We don't all work in large scale printing, so helping customers figure that out should be something they do. Like the website claims. That didn't happen over the course of 2 business days so now it's a last minute trip to alohagraphics."
"The staff are all very friendly and I’ve never had to wait long here. My complaint is with the prices. I came here wanting to mail a package out of the country. They estimated around $200-$250. I went to UPS right after with the same package and they estimated the cost at $52. I don’t know why such the drastic difference. I came here because of convenience, but prices that high have steered me away."
