"I have been buying, selling, swapping, and trading firearms ever since I was old enough to do so. When that hankering for a new or different gun overcomes my better judgment I go here first. Either to find something that catches my eye or liquidate a firearm asset that has lost my love. I have done much business here. The staff at Green Country Arms and Pawn are the most knowledgeable of any gun shop I have delt with in Tulsa. They do a lot of firearm business, because they offer a fair value for your trade. I can always do better on a trade in here, than with any dealer that I have worked with in Tulsa. The shop has a big selection of used."

"Ok so let me start by saying I have bought most of my firearms from here since 2019. I have never been disappointed with them. I understood they are NOT obligated to give me what I think the item I am selling is worth. I read through some of the negative reviews and was totally frustrated. The dumb girl Kira who said all the junk about them was delusional!! They have always been fair and up front. If they weren't interested in my gun to buy they would be upfront and say that letting me know the offer would be low. I then as an adult would just choose from there. Please read the reviews and know the haters are just that hateful clowns."

"I called in to get a quote on an Sig Sauer AR I’m looking to sell. He quotes me 200-300.00. This gun sells for a minimum of 1200.00 online. He must not think that girls know anything about guns. No one is desperate enough to sell their Sig Sauer AR for 300.00. ::Edit:: Service reviews are based upon service in general and has nothing to do with going into the store. You had an employee not follow your policy and procedure and had quoted me for my Sig Sauer AR 15 SIGM400 predator under-value because, ‘You have too many already.’ Let’s not forget the attitude he had when he relayed that information. I’ve done plenty of research and am well aware what my rifle is worth and you STILL under-quoted me by a large sum on your comment. Nor did you even have the right gun. What a joke. Perhaps you should reconsider who you’re employing and how you’re obviously missing key notes to your training program for new-hires at your establishment before telling a customer that a 1 star review is unreasonable. I would suggest that you take accountability in the fact that this mistake is clearly 100% on you and your employees behalf for not listening to the customer in regards to product they are looking to sell, nor are they listening to management about your policy and procedures. I wouldn’t trust you nor the employee quoting my gun in person if you two couldn’t even get a more accurate ballpark estimate over the phone/text. Demanding me to waste my time, efforts and gas to come into the shop after this experience is unreasonable."

"They are ignorant they want to argue that what I was trying to sell is missing pieces. They tell me it's out of season. Just be upfront that you don't want it. Instead of wasting people time. Edit they are now lying the item has been put together and tested by another shop who put the item together themselves. They followed the instructions and have made sure it is functional. I would never sell a non functional item. This shop can not be trusted"
