"I'm only rating 3 because of the staff. BAM is better than Barnes for me strictly because they don't hide the political opposition where nobody can find them. "Controversial" bestsellers and political figures are right at the front alongside mainstream talking heads. I respect the store alot for that since Barnes very clearly has a biased in who they push to sell. I think the rewards system is pretty great and their Manga selection is pretty amazing as well. The staff is just obnoxious, they are very slow to check you out and wear politically divisive clothing. One time my wife and I were checking out and this young woman who's always there asked my wife a question and she said no thank you, the employee proceeded to say slowly to be comedic "are youuuuuu suuuuure?" She said yes and it would've been fine if that was it, the girl asked 3 more times the exact same way. It was obnoxious and this employee always does stuff like this to slow the process down. We almost avoid the store strictly to not deal with the young girls at the counter"
