"On November 4th, 2023 my son and I went to Cycle Gear in Tulsa to purchase a first helmet for my son. We were helped by an extremely helpful and knowledgeable lady named Cierra. She made sure that she explained in detail about each helmet she showed him. The good features, the bad features, but most importantly the safety aspects of each one. She made sure he really took his time to choose the correct one for his needs. We ended up purchasing an Arai Quantum-X per her recommendations. On Jan. 2nd at 5:30 AM my son made a mistake and crashed at 60+ MPH. The marks on the ground indicted his bike flipped 6 to 7 times before coming to a stop at the side of the road. He turned loose of the bike as soon as he knew it was going down, so he was tossed free of the bike. He said he knows that his body flipped on the ground at least 3 times before he skidded to a halt. Because of Cierra and the Arai Quantum-X he walked away from this crash with ONLY a broken collarbone! He said he never felt his head hit the ground even though you can see on his helmet the only place that doesn't have marks is the very top.
