That seems pretty passive aggressive just for a weak review, but I see now it's on par with the lack of service and dignity you provided even with a short phone conversation. True, I am not a customer, however, whoever answered the phone when I inquired about a product was in no mood to work that day and quite frankly was very obtuse. We all have bad days, but take the 2 stars I gave previously like an adult and move on, you'll be okay, promise. My recommendation would be to respond in a professional manner, and provide a service worthy of supporting those who believe in The Constitution and who have served to protect such God given rights."
